The days are getting longer and it sure is getting warm out there! Must mean summer is upon us, which means BBQs, cottage trips and vacations.
We are in full swing here at our Scarborough clinic with heartworm season. If you have not gotten your pet’s protection yet, please give us a call and book your appointment. We are still offering discounted blood work until July 31st and your prevention should start June 1st. Did you know we draw names at the end of April, May and June from all of our clients we see that have wellness testing done and pick up prevention? We draw for free prevention for the following year, how awesome is that?
There has been a lot of tick talk out there this season. We have seen a rise in the number of ticks we are pulling off of our canine friends, too. If you have concerns about what this means for your pet, please give us a call at 416-752-5114. We have some great tick preventions we can offer.
Mark Saturday June 20th on your calendar, as we are having our annual BBQ from 2-4pm!! There will be Canine Massage with the Canine Wellness Centre, “Ask the Trainer” with A Leg Up and Cause 4 Paws dog rescue will be there too. In addition, we will be offering $5 nail trims with our technicians, free food and a Bake Sale. All donations will go to Cause 4 Paws and our own Oscar Fund. Pets are welcome!
